Summer Break Notice
Our company will be closed for summer break from Friday, August 8th, and will reopen on Tuesday, August 26th.
Please note:

We cannot guarantee the shipment of umbrellas ordered through our online store after Sunday, August 3rd. These orders will be processed starting Wednesday, August 27th.

For umbrellas ordered via the configurator, we cannot guarantee shipment for any orders placed after Sunday, July 27th. These will also be processed beginning Wednesday, August 27th.

Free Worldwide Shipping from € 200,-
Italy – Free shipping (1-5 business days)
Europe – Below € 200 Order Volume: Express: € 20 (1-5 business days)
US & Switzerland – Below € 200 Order Volume: Express : € 20,- (2-4 business days)
Canada & UK – Below € 200 Order Volume: Express: € 25,- (2-4 business days)
Rest of the World – Below € 200 Order Volume: Express: € 25,- (3-5 business days)
We ship worldwide through DHL, Fedex and UPS.
Shipping and Tracking
We ship worldwide.
The orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm. Orders placed before 12pm CET will be processed on the same day.
Please note, the orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on next Monday.
The shipping cost depends on the destination country and can be calculated by choosing the country at the checkout after a product has been added to the cart.
We ship primarily through SDA in Italy and the typical delivery time is 1-3 working days.
Our international shipping partners are DHL (Europe, USA, Extra Europe), and FedEx (Asia, Australia, Arab Emirates, and South America), the delivery time is 3-7 working days (this is just an indicative estimate, delivery to minor cities will take slightly longer). For Russia we use SDA and the delivery time is 5-7 working days.
If the ordered products on our website were to be delivered extra EU, the buyer may be subject to import duties and taxes, payable once the parcel reaches its destination. Any additional costs for customs clearance shall be borne by the buyer; we cannot predict the amount of such costs over which we have no control. For information on customs policies of foreign countries, we invite the user to contact the local customs office.
Tracking
Once our logistic center has shipped your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that you will be able to use to track your package.
By creating an account on our website, using the same email address used to place your order, you will be able to change your shipping address and manage your contact information.
